There is a woman I used to know who is an artist. I used to be really fond of her. I just recently learned she is married to another artist and they are living a sinful life. A life of public scandal of a high order. A few days ago I started praying for her that perhaps she might start living a decent life. She is cold.

As a child her family was Catholic (I think Novus Ordo) and I think she did not like it and by the way she lives her life it seems she really wanted to be the opposite of what a good Catholic woman should be. Kind of like Madonna, only she is just a minor celebrity and not a famous one. So I started praying for her a few days ago. But something bad happened. Her husband just got sick and had to be rushed to the hospital. I don't know how serious it is. I hope he does not die. There is something wrong with his heart.

So please remember these two people in your prayers. My old friend and her husband. I will not give out their names to protect their privacy. Thank you for your prayers. This is serious. I want him to be okay and I really want my friend (and her husband) to convert as unlikely as that seems. So the short term intention that he is okay and the long term intention that they convert. Who knows, lots of wicked people have converted. She is not lukewarm. She is surely cold.
