A friend of ours is on his first retreat this week. He already hopes to become a priest some day. I suspect this retreat will be a good opportunity to strengthen that desire.

Prayers for him and the other retreatants are appreciated.

Prayers also that God will send our chapel another server who knows the "MC" position for High Mass, some time before this young man enters the seminary :)

It's a bit too early to worry; it's about 2 years out. I'm just saying, some requests take a lot of prayer, so it's best to get started!

Anyhow, I'm sure he'll enjoy and get a lot of benefit out of this retreat.

With spiritual fathers like Fr. Zendejas and Fr. Garcia, there's good hope that he'll become a fine priest someday.
