    Colloidal silver in the eyes will clear it right up.  Remember to change pillowcases every day.

    My boys had pink eye within the last year.  One thing that really helped them and that they would actually giggle about and ask for was was homemade saline solution eye drops.  I make a batch up periodically and keep it in an old Contact Solution bottle that can drop out easily but not too quickly.

    Here is the recipe for it:

    "Put one cup (250 mL) of tap water into a pot and boil for 15 minutes with the lid on.

    Remove from heat and cool until the water reaches room temperature.

    Add ½ teaspoon of salt into the pot and stir to dissolve. ...

    Carefully pour the salt-water solution from the pan into the jar or bottle and put the lid on."

    It's very contagious and very common.  You'll all be OK, as the antibioltic eyedrops they prescribe work very quickly.  We've had multiple rounds of pink-eye rifle through our family over the years.

    Never saw this first thread, sorry, but God is not bound by time with hearing prayers :-)
