  •  A guy I know who is not Catholic or even Christian seems to be having a really hard time (naturally) in his life right now. Unfortunately, he's into all kinds of weird beliefs about God and is frankly all mixed up. Well, as worldly lives tend to be, his life is getting ever more messed up. And in his particular case, I don't doubt that the devil may actually be involved. What I do know is that he refuses to listen to reason and right now he sounds like he's in the very pits of despair. And naturally, worldly people don't usually have a right idea of what it means to be in hell forever for making the wrong choice in a bad moment.

So if anyone can spare a hail Mary or two for this young man's wayward soul... he needs desperately to find God... the REAL God (not goddess), hopefully before he really does decide to kill himself. In the meantime, he's making the typical atheistic mess of his life that people of the world tend to do. Which is kind of like watching someone pound themselves over the head with a hammer repeatedly, while complaining how much it hurts.

[PS, no Chant, you don't know him. But the young man who shares your name, whom you DO know, could also use some prayers... he's in practically the same boat (minus the theological insanity), only he actually said he won't kill himself because for some odd reason (maybe not so odd) he believes in hell, and that ѕυιcιdєs go there.]

 Seems like people are falling apart all over the place. But there but by the grace of God go ourselves, I guess.

    Jesus, mercy...
I renounce any and all of my former views against what the Church through Pope Leo XIII said, "This, then, is the teaching of the Catholic Church ...no one of the several forms of government is in itself condemned, inasmuch as none of them contains anythi

  • What concerns also are those who hold to heresy and error and don't think there's any problem and pass off what they believe as truth and contradict what they believe as well.
