Prayer for the Month of May

Queen of the Most Holy Rosary, Refuge of the human race, Conqueror in all the
battles of God, and loving Mother of men, we humbly pray to thee, confident of
receiving mercy, grace, and abundant help in all our needs, through the
goodness of thy maternal Heart.

Holy Mary, Virgin Mother of God, our Mother, Mediatrix and Queen, we consecrate
ourselves and all we have, to thine Immaculate Heart, and we recommend to thee,
our brethren, our country, and the whole human race. Dearest Mother, please
accept our consecration, and use it to accomplish thy designs upon the world.

O Mother of Mercy, obtain from our Merciful God, peace for us, and for those
who are in the darkness of error, or the shadow of death by their sins.
Obtain peace and complete freedom for the Catholic Church, and restore all
who have strayed to the unity of the one true fold. Stop the spreading flood of
modern paganism, enkindle in our hearts and homes the fire of faith and love,
the practice of the virtues of the Christian life, and a burning zeal for
souls, so that the apostles of thy Heart, and of the Sacred Heart of Jesus,
may increase in number and in merit.

O Mary, Throne of Grace and Mother of Fair Love, we come with confidence to
thine Immaculate Heart, inflame us with that same divine fire which has inflamed
thine own Heart. O Queen of all hearts, rule over us, together with the Sacred
Heart of Jesus Christ, our King; make our hearts and homes thy shrine, and through
us, make the Heart of Jesus triumph in all the world. Amen.
