Please pray that i shall give up smoking for good, because it is causing chest pains that worry me. Pray also that i shall do more exercise daily instead of some viceful habit. Pray also for spiritual health to be given me, in that i wish to acquire a habit of spontaneous praying of the rosary all of the time.
