Make a good Act of Contrition just in case you die before reaching a priest.

Just noticed your post.  Do make as perfect an Act of Contrition as you're able.  Pray the Confiteor.  If you are truly sorry, and do not will to commit the offense again, do not worry.  Go to Confession as soon as reasonably possible.
