Title: Pray our house doesnt get hit with a tornado today.
Post by: LaramieHirsch on April 15, 2012, 12:44:12 AM
In less than five hours--when I wake for work--a line of storms will hit Tulsa, possibly carrying tornadoes.

Please pray that disaster skips our house and family.

Please be assured of my prayers at Mass tomorrow.

Let us pray to Mary Most Holy, who gives shelter and protection to all who are servants of her Divine Son.

To her do I commend you and your family and loves ones, together with all those who are menaced with such meteorological terrors.

Thanks guys.  Storm's passed.  Was a bit worried there.

These weathermen really had everyone freaked out.  Hope no one here got any tornados yesterday.

Take care.

Please pray for the safety of my relatives and my safety, too. We live in the St. Louis area; and potential turbulent weather is expected for the next 6 hours.

The Roman Ritual has two beautiful Processions that can be most useful and edifying for those menaced with these calamities.

From Rev. Fr. Philip T. Weller's book The Roman Ritual, In Latin and English with Rubrics and Plainchant Notation, Volume I - The Sacraments and Processions (Milwaukee, WI: The Bruce Publishing Company, 1950), here is the translation for the Processions to implore fair weather and to avert tempests.
