Please pray for my best friend. He has many health problems and is blind. He is stuck in a nursing home and cannot attend Mass. He asked me to get a priest to visit him so he could receive the sacraments. He is not in danger of death but I wanted to ask for prayers for his eternal salvation.

Is your friend aware of how beneficial his suffering can be for the salvation of souls?
Does he have access to good Catholic teaching on sound track?

Thank you. He has been a traditional Catholic for longer than I have so I believe he knows that suffering can be valuable. I do not know if he has any good catholic teaching in audio form that he can listen to. That's a good idea. I am visiting him soon so I could ask him.

I hope you can read True Devotion to Mary to him and get him a true priest for sacraments.

My priest said he would visit him, so I am thankful for that. I am sure he will be happy to make a good confession and receive Communion. I don't know when was the last time he received the sacraments.

I wonder how many traditional Catholic shut-ins like your friend are in the world. We are so blessed to be young and healthy and to have access to sacraments.

Two people from my chapel went blind in the last few years and had to stop coming to Mass. And there are only a few dozen people at my chapel.
