Though, they typically don't have insight into it like you do.

Ahh yes, St. Dymphna, an Irish princess is a patron saint for those afflicted with mental or emotional illnesses. I googled a prayer to her and found this:

In Nervous or Emotional Distress
I turn to you, dear virgin and martyr, confident of your power with God and of your
willingness to take my cause into your hands. I praise and bless the Lord for giving
you to us as patron of the nervous and emotionally disturbed. I firmly hope that
through your kind intercession He will restore my lost serenity and peace of mind.

be troubled nor let it be afraid." Pray for me, dear St. Dymphna, that my nervous

Sedetrad, we're praying for you. Have you sought the help of a priest? We Catholics have the best counselors in our priests. If you choose not to seek help from your priest, may I recommend that you call your local Catholic family center (assuming that you have one) and ask if they have counseling? I have a few friends who had great experiences with counselors at their local Catholic "family center". I think that's what they're usually called - family centers. Otherwise, ask your doctor for a recommendation or referral to a counselor.

Our Lady of Good Success, Queen of Angels, sustain us in these ill-fated times of the Church. Grant us the perseverance in order to practice virtue only acquired by the wound of the relentless battle we fight under the most holy gaze of God.

Dear Mother, we implore you to give us the valor and strength needed so that we may not waiver in our faith nor forsake our vocation in this life. Grant that our tears which we shed in this life be gathered up by the Holy Angels and presented before the throne of God assuming an immense valor as they are united to the sufferings and tears of our dear Savior, Jesus Christ.
