  • Hmm, this is bad.

Lets think of a way to throw a wrench into the gears of Modernism?

Perhaps an "assault" on Novus Ordo forums with simple, yet accurate reasons as to why this man shouldn't get sainthood?

Violation of the first commandment comes up as one.

  • But doesn't the Church do a rigorous investigation to test whether miracles are fake, from the devil, or from God? If these supposed miracles are from the devil but the Church claims they are from God, then how can we trust all the other times when the Church has declared something being miraculous? I read somewhere that a blind man was healed of his sight 90% but that the Church did not use that as one of the miracles because it was not a complete healing. And if a person is cured of cancer, the Church waits 4 years before determining whether it was a miracle or not - to see if the cancer came back.

If we do not take the Churches word that these are true miracles from God, then why take it's word on anything it has every made an investigation on to determine whether something is from God or the devil (whether it be an apparition, miracle, or other)?

  • Ms. Clinton doesn't take well to sacramentals, especially blessed salt.  No worries!  Just keep praying! (And we need more people dropping off blessed salt.  PM me and I'll tell you the best way.)

She's a sweet lady, just a major heretic, but probably only material.  Fight this with kindness, prayer and sacramentals.

As for the Holy Father's canonizing John Paul II...  more prayers for the Holy Father, that he sees the great heresies in Quo Primum (among other things).

  • 'But doesn't the Church do a rigorous investigation to test whether miracles are fake, from the devil, or from God?'

Well, the Church before it became Modernist did.

'If these supposed miracles are from the devil but the Church claims they are from God, then how can we trust all the other times when the Church has declared something being miraculous?'

Because 'all the other times' were times when the Church did not tolerate heresy.

'If we do not take the Churches word that these are true miracles from God, then why take it's word on anything it has every made an investigation on to determine whether something is from God or the devil (whether it be an apparition, miracle, or other)? '

Now you can see the horror that is Modernism.
