  • Received news today of the death of Patrick Henry Omlor...here is a tribute written by Fr. Cekada from Fisheaters:

    Patrick Henry Omlor

Mr. Omlor was one of the first Catholics to sound the alarm about the post-Vatican II liturgical changes.

His March 1968 work Questioning the Validity of Masses Using the New, All-English Canon alerted countless Catholics in the English-speaking world to the dangers of the liturgical changes, even before the appearance of the Novus Ordo Missae the following year, and rightly became a "traditionalist classic."

His campaigned tirelessly against the counterfeit translation of "pro multis" as "for all," prompting a controversy that Bugnini himself finally had to deal with.

But forty years later, the modernist fraud was implicitly acknowledged when the Vatican itself decreed that "pro multis" must henceforth be translated as "for many." And thus was Patrick Henry Omlor vindicated at last.

    May he rest in peace!

  • Mr. Omlor's contribution to The Movement can't be overstated, and "Questioning the Validty" should be a part of every traditionalist's library. May he rest in peace.
"This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

  • Patrick Henry Omlor was one of the greatest men of the twentieth century.

He proved that the novus ordo is invalid. He proved that there is no transubstantiation in the novus ordo.
Mr. Omlor saved many people from the idolatry of the novus ordo.

His book “Questioning the Validity of the Masses Using the New, All-English Canon” is one of the most important books of the twentieth century.

Let us all pray for this Hero of the Catholic Faith.
Francis is an Antipope. Pray that God will grant us a good Pope and save the Church.
I abjure and retract my schismatic support of the evil CMRI.Thuc condemned the Thuc nonbishops
"Now, therefore, we declare, say, determine and pronounce that for every human creature it is necessary for salvation to be subject to the authority of the Roman Pontiff"-Pope Boniface VIII.
If you think Francis is Pope,do you treat him like an Antipope?

Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

Neil, according to DailyCatholic.org, "His funeral Requiem Mass is tentatively scheduled for next Friday, May 10." That's all I could find.
