    • In some places this day the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is observed.

    As a token of my devotion to this dear Patroness and Arbitress of mine, I wish to share this beautiful Litany I found in the Manuale Presbyterorum C.Ss.R. (New York: Provincial Residence, 1955).

    Some posters have recently inquired regarding problems with chastity and how preserve it: this devotion, I have been told, is a very efficacious for such an intention. The text of the litany recalls the ascetical teachings of St. Alphonsus, and is very conducive to the cultivation of the interior life according to the teachings of this great Doctor.

    •  I've found an abbreviated version (this English version is much more beautiful) - or perhaps it is a variant version - of this prayer in the prayer book for the Archdiocese of Ha Noi published in 2009.

    This is a very beautiful prayer.
