The cd is called Messe de Tournai. The webpage has music track samples from the cd. This particular Mass was composed by an anonymous composer and was sung in Tournai everyday (I think) in honor of the Virgin for saving the city by a miracle from a certain danger, from what I gather I think in the cd cover information I have. Sadly, you will not be able to hear the Amen at the end of the Gloria. It lasts like 3 minutes. The first syllable "A" is almost the whole three minutes.
"Non nobis, Domine, non nobis; sed nomini tuo da gloriam..." (Ps. 113:9)
