  • A friend recently sent me an amusing article he found regarding the liturgical issues of space travel, which sounds very silly, and was very tongue-in-cheek, but as I read it I did get mildly concerned. The issues do seem as if they could be annoying, and I was wondering if anyone here has ever considered this, whether this is just a pointless and silly topic, or whether it is at all worth considering.

    Here is the article.

Sorry if this is silly, I am very new and trying to get my bearings as far as this forum and traditional catholicism generally.

  • The article itself is silly, because it based on something that can never happen. It would be better to stick to real issues. You have enough to spend the rest of your life chewing over real issues.

Can you explain what you mean by "I am ... trying to get my bearings as far as this forum and traditional catholicism generally" ?
What were you "mildly concerned" about?
Help of Christians, guard our land from assault or inward stain,

  • Humans will settle on other planets but it won't be for a long time. This Mars One thing they say is happening in 2026 won't be ready by then, believe me.

Nothing big in space travel/colonization will happen until centuries after all of us are dead.
Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary...
