  • The normal Last Gospel (the beginning of the Gospel of St John) is the proper Gospel of the Mass of Christmas Day. You can hear Fr. Nicholas Desposito chanting it during Bishop Sanborn's Pontifical Mass on Christmas Day, here (go to minute 57:00):
