At the Byzantine Catholic liturgy the priest says
“(Name) servant of God receives the precious and all holy and most pure Body and Blood of our Lord and God , Jesus Christ for the remission of his sins and for life everlasting.”
when he is distributing Holy Communion. I looked at Orthodox Wiki however and searched this phrase up and I only get Byzantine Catholic results. Was this added to their liturgy or was this always there?
