This has been discussed a lot on here and I remember some months back someone asking if there was any evidence of the alternate form of this prayer being used. I’ve had this for awhile and forgot to post it till now. I found a first edition copy of “Welcome!” By Mother Mary Loyola at a used book sale almost 2 years ago. This leaflet was inside the book. It doesn’t have a date on it but looks pre V2. Either way it was pretty cool to find in there!

Thank you so much for sharing your great find!  This prayer is so much closer to the one Lucia repeated, for the "alminhas".

We've gone through this before and nearly everyone agreed that this isn't a reference to the Poor Souls in Purgatory, including someone who's a native Portuguese speaker.
