I need to make a confession but cannot get a traditional priest until sunday.

I need you to pray for me some prayers to help me.
I am trying to overcome my vice of smoking and my sins but the devil knows this and he has hit back and I fell with other sins. I fell because I have not been doing penance enough. Now the damage is done and if I am forgiven I will pay for it in purgatory, but now the question is whether I will be forgiven, so I ask you Orate pro mei ad Dominum Deum nostrum.

Soulguard, by doubting God's preparedness to forgive you, you are giving the devil too much leeway. You are doubting God's Mercy. If you are truly sorry for your sins God knows this and already has forgiven you, (though you still need to confess mortal sin ASAP)

Tempting you to doubt is the devil's cleverest ploy, because doubting God's forgiveness is your greatest danger. So as soon as you get these thoughts like "if I am forgiven" and "whether I will be forgiven"call on your Mother with Hail Marys.
