I get these bad headaches from the heat since living in this area. I've had one on & off the past few days. Today I have to be in court mid-day, and will have to walk part of the way there and back. Going out and or/and moving around makes it so much worse.

Headaches are awful. They make the whole day difficult.

Make sure to drink lots of water!

It could be allergies.

I get them too and they are from candida. They are worse in the humidity. Do you have problems from eating sweets and carbs?

Use an umbrella to keep the heat off your head. I understand that folic acid and coffee help and a lack of magnesium is possible.

I live in the desert and get headaches if I don't drink more than enough water. Minimum is 1 oz for every 2 lbs of body weight. So if you're 140# you should be drinking at least 70 oz of water every day, but that's just for "normal" weather. When it's hot you need to drink more than that.
