  • I get these bad headaches from the heat since living in this area. I've had one on & off the past few days. Today I have to be in court mid-day, and will have to walk part of the way there and back. Going out and or/and moving around makes it so much worse.

  • Headaches are awful. They make the whole day difficult.

Make sure to drink lots of water!

I get them too and they are from candida.  They are worse in the humidity.  Do you have problems from eating sweets and carbs?

  • Use an umbrella to keep the heat off your head.  I understand that folic acid and coffee help and a lack of magnesium is possible.

  • I live in the desert and get headaches if I don't drink more than enough water.  Minimum is 1 oz for every 2 lbs of body weight.  So if you're 140# you should be drinking at least 70 oz of water every day, but that's just for "normal" weather.  When it's hot you need to drink more than that.
