Here is the beautiful formulary for the Mass for the Feast of Our Lady of Perpetual Succor, taken from a Supplement for the proper Feasts kept in the Dioceses of the American Republic found in The Saint Andrew Daily Missal with Vespers for Sundays and Feasts by Dom Gaspar Lefebvre, O.S.B., and the Monks of the Abbey of St. Andrew (Saint Paul, MN: The E. M. Lohmann Co., 1959).
