Amidst all the bad news in the Resistance, it's good to see that good things are happening too.
God can raise up from the very stones children to Abraham.
In our case, He gave us an organist from within our own family, even though our oldest child is only 9 years old.
Hear him play "What Child is This". Interestingly, he usually memorizes a song (chords as well as the melody line). Amazing! God is really good with his gifts.
I just heard him play Panis Angelicus this morning (Lambillote) and it was beautiful! We'll be using that hymn at High Mass this Sunday.
I, for one, really missed hearing an organ every Sunday. Now all we need is more altar servers, so our organist won't have to serve Mass every week!
If anyone is looking for a solid independent chapel where the Traditional Mass is said every Sunday, and a priest who doesn't compromise, and you're desperate enough to move across the country -- we have PLENTY of space in our pews, let me tell you!
We've been blessed with many things, including 2 good priests, a building, and financial support even from a couple long-distance supporters. What we are fervently praying for now is PARISHIONERS. During the last month, we've had a few weeks where one of the fathers drove 4 hours one-way to be here, to say Mass for my own family of 8!
