    • I know that 3 conditions are required to make a sin a mortal. I sometimes hear grave matter, full consent, and full knowledge, but other times I hear grave matter, full consent, and sufficient reflection. I don't know which one it is.

    • If you cannot swear before the throne of God that your sin is mortal then it's probably not. I know you love God enough not to lie to Him and you are scrupulous so use your scrupulosity against itself. That and talk to your priest. You really should talk to a priest. My family will pray for you daily.
