Has anyone ever heard of this group?

I found this group when looking up stuff about Bishop Thuc. The founder of this organization claims apparitions from Mary. I am pretty sure he was ordained by Jean Laborie, consecrated by Clemente and Manuel Corral, and then was conditionally consecrated by +Thuc. This organization seems to do a lot of humanitarian work and it has ties with the United Nations.

I have also heard that the founder was charged with racketeering (from a bishop that Schuckardt consecrated)
