    • Would receiving 'Spiritual Communion' on five first Saturdays be sufficient?  Or do we actually need to attend mass?

    • A spiritual communion is not sufficient. You have to receive the Holy Eucharist (which means going to Mass) .

    But I am sure doing a spiritual communion will give you some sort of grace, even though it won't fulfill the First Saturday requirement.
