Not sure if this is my favourite but I've really taken a liking to;

Ave mater, o Maria
Italien, 15. Jh.
(Innsbruck, Univ. Bibl. ohne Signatur = Wolkenstein Ms. B)
Gesang

In particular the one from this video that was posted here recently (starts at 39:02 runs to 49:12)

How can anyone have only one favorite?
Pange Lingua
Dies Irae
Tantum Ergo
....and a few dozen more

I would give a major thumbs up to Anton Bruckner’s motets.

Although he was a heathen Chinamen, Confucius said that if you want to gauge the health of a society
just look at it's music. Very true!
How a person responds to beauty speaks volumes about their spiritual state.
In 1984 George Orwell coined the term prolefeed to describe music and entertainment that was
churned out by machines for the consumption of the masses.
He could have hardly imagined the vulgarity and trash that is elevated in this society.
What is especially irritating is how ubiquitous popular "music" is. One can't escape it while shopping in
a supermarket or even filling your car with gas.
Rap, which appeals to the lowest common denominator, has largely displaced rock music, as the soundtrack to this sick culture.
The recent performance by Bad Bunny at the Superbowl couldn't have served as a better example of how irredeemable this nation is.

Credo III is my favorite Catholic song.
