  • Requests have been submitted to me by persons who wish that I may make available commentaries upon the Epistle Lessons of the Sunday Masses, just as I have for the Gospel Lessons. This is most necessary, as the Epistles are often exceedingly neglected and poorly understood.

By the grace of God, I found a tome that would be most suitable for this purpose.

Please ignore all that I have written regarding sedevacantism.

  • From the great Rev. Father Cornelius  J. Ryan's The Epistles of the Sundays and Festivals with an Introduction, Notes and Moral Reflections, (Vol. I; Dublin: M. H. Gill and Son, Ltd., 1932), here is one of the most beautiful and profound passages found in the Epistles of St. Paul, the Epistle Lesson for Quinquagesima Sunday. It behooves each of us to pay special heed to the Mysteries which the holy Apostles teaches therein.

  • If you find yourself having scanned the entire volume, please consider compiling the images into a PDF file so it can be reused (eg: on ebook readers).
