From what I objecitvely can find out in public disclosure, is that he is indeed, a herretic. 

That's all I know, and I take action on my end accordingly. All I can really do. We are without a Catholic Pope.

Complete take over!  No magisterium, no valid nomination or election. And by their fruits, he is not catholic. Therefore his is not. Church states: manifest, publicly, seeing fruits.  He is not Catholic.
