I didn't think of that. That is a Holy Day of Obligation in the U.S.A., but not here in Canada. I don't know how that changes the Friday fast. SSPX 1962 missal says you faithful in the States are bound to abstain from servile work...page 1. In the old old days  each bishop determined those special fast/abstaining rules.
So here in my country, we can work tomorrow, but I really don't know about our local laws on abstinence. Too bad we are missing a good trad resistance bishop  ...hopefully one day he will come.

Below - excerpt: neoSspx follows the 1983 Code...kindda unsettling, no?

https://sspx.ca/en/rules-fast-abstinence-33039

"...under present Church law

In 1966, Pope Paul VI promulgated a new set of regulations for fasting and abstaining by his apostolic constitution, Paenitemini. These new rules are listed in the 1983 Code of Canon Law, Canons 1249-1253 and all Roman Catholics are bound to strictly observe them..."

In the good old days, +Lefebvre was the guide. He ALWAYS encouraged the faithful to practice the Traditional rules. Oh! But nothing's changed!
