  •   Please pray for me as recently I have been into many acts of hatred and anger directed both at my neighbour and at my God. It seems unbelievable even to me but it is true.  :scared2:

  • Will do, Spouse.  Do you remember St. Paul's discourse on how He approved of the law, but that which he would do, he did not and that which he disapproved of, he did.  But that it was not he, but sin which lived in him, that did it.  Tell God you don't want this anger---it's obvious you don't--- and ask Him to take it from you.

  • Pray and seek out a confessor for advice...

That said, anger can happen and may not be level of sin or, at venial...but could easily morph into mortal...

The anger at God, that is more serious and to be addressed.....

  • Pray to know God better, if you truly understand Him, it is almost impossible to be angry with Him.

He does not allow us to experience any difficulty that He knows we can't handle.  He has faith in you, and you must have faith in Him.

As far as you neighbor goes, at times there is such a thing as a just anger.
    Please pray for my soul.

  • There is also healing of memories.  It feels like you are relapsing when you are actually healing.

  • Along with the above advise stated above, you might also want to consider looking at what your diet is like. Your anger and frustration might actually be because you're lacking something.

I'm no nutritionist, but I know that what you put in your body will effect your mental performance very heavily. For instance, lack of B vitamins can make you very depressed and give you hopeless thoughts (I know this from experience), and make you fearful. Also, lack of sleep and not eating enough can make you irritated and uncharitable.
You might want to research that and see what kind of foods you should be eating/what kind of foods you are eating now, so you can assess why you may become more angry or more frustrated over things that may not be as bad as you are making them to be.

In regards to being a responsible man, would it be interesting to learn, after six years of accuмulating all the wisdom you could, that you had it right all alon
