Author Topic: Is there a book where all the prophecies of the Old Testament are shown?  (Read 1253 times)

I mean where they are all listed and shown in thorough detail how they were all fulfilled etc., because what I have seen so far are simply glancing mentions of the prophecies and nothing in-depth, even in apologetical books. I believe such a book would be very helpful, especially for non-Catholics, when they ask for evidence to believe.

I would like to see such a book for myself anyway because I actually don't know much about all the different prophecies either.

I know there must be a bunch of Protestant material about this out there but I don't want to rely on or trust in them.

Bishop Fulton Sheen may be a name you will want to look for when it comes to books about prophecies.  I recall him mentioning that there were about 700 prophecies fulfilled about Christ. And, I think he may have written a book about it.  Have you read "Life of Christ?  That book may be the book or a book that has such material.  I have not read it, I only read the first chapter.

Aside from that, if you are really interested and dedicated to this task, you ought to read various catholic old testament bible commentaries.

Thanks, I had actually downloaded these 2 books a little while ago, when the idea struck me that maybe there was something in the internet archive. I found another one there as well, a shorter one.
