Looking for a pre-Vatican II Catechism. Are any still in print?

You can find the Baltimore Catechism easily. That is pre-Vatican II. And you can also find the Trent Catechism.

Is "My Catholic Faith" considered a catechism? It might be based on the Baltimore, I'm downstairs right now and the book is upstairs.

Also, "The Catechism Explained" is good.

I think most pre-Vatican II catechisms are available in reprint. You will find the Baltimore most common here in the US because it was promogulated specifically for US Catholics.

I did some googling myself and I saw this too. I think "My Catholic Faith" was based on the BC, but used for the kiddos?

If I'm not mistaken, the purpose of the Baltimore Catechism was instruction and teaching of the Faith in schools. If you want a complete, quintessential catechism to the core, then just go with the Catechism of the Council of Trent. It comprehensively teaches the Faith without of error.
