I tend to wear my Scapular underneath all my clothing and give it a wash in soapy water when it needs it. If you're going to be doing sports etc you can buy a Scapular medal, and have it imposed by a priest. I wear one along with my Miraculous Medal on a chain round my neck. It is "spiritually identical" to the cloth Scapular i.e. you can wear it and have exactly the same benefits when wearing the cloth Scapular is impractical. It's great for when you're swimming!

I don't know if the Little Office is in the Raccolta, but you can buy by itself online for a reasonable price. There is a particularly good one which is cloth-bound, in deep red and has the Latin and English translation on facing pages. I'm trying to find it online for you now but the net is so slow today! I'll post a link as soon as I can find a copy :)
