    • Wishing everyone a Blessed Christmas Season and a Holy New Year!!!

    I am praying a novena for all CI members starting Christmas Day until Jan 2nd, 2022

    Of course, if you would like, you are all invited to join in.

    I. O my Jesus, You have said: “Truly I say to you, ask and it will be given you, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened to you.” Behold, I knock, I seek, and ask for the grace of [insert your intention.]

    Our Father…Hail Mary…Glory be to the Father…
    Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

    II. O my Jesus, you have said: “Truly I say to you, if you ask anything of the Father in My Name, He will give it to you.” Behold, in Your Name, I ask the Father for the grace of [insert your intention.]

    Our Father…Hail Mary…Glory be to the Father…
    Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

    III. O my Jesus, You have said: “Truly I say to you, heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.” Encouraged by Your infallible words, I now ask for the grace of [insert your intention.]

    Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in You.

    O Sacred Heart of Jesus, for whom it is impossible not to have compassion on the afflicted, have mercy on us sinners, and grant us the grace which we ask of You, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your tender mother and ours.

    Say the Hail, Holy Queen...
    and add: St. Joseph, foster father of Jesus, pray for us.

    • Merry Christmas! :-) I forgot my Novena about half-way through. After that I kind of gave up on it. Sorry Saint Andrew. This year was a strange year for keeping that one going. But that was one of my Mom's favourites.

    • The Blessed Mother told Sr. Mary of Agreda (Mystical City of God) that Our Lord was born at midnight (12:00 am) December 25 of the year 5199 since the creation of the World.

    Blessed 12 days of Christmas to all.

    The fact that you publicly announce it shows pride not humility. Moreover, you must be a very sensitive person if you have to put people on "ignore" at a Catholic internet forum.

    Yes, you’re probably right about the pride, but it was certainly easier then writing to them individually. I had them on ignore mostly for peace of mind.
