Bishop Rossetti, thuc line, from PA, died last week after a lengthy illness.
He was a very good, solid, priest, to the end.
Please pray for his soul.

I would like to sincerely ask who ordained him, when did the ordination take place. Who consecrated him, and when did the consecration happen. Thank you.

As for being a bishop and of the Thuc line as stated in the OP, based on an episcopal lineage diagram I have dated December, 2018 (which includes deceased bishops), I see no evidence that a Bishop Rossetti was ever ordained or consecrated via the Thuc line.

So, I too would be interested to know the answer to your questions.
