...unless you spent time at a seminary.
This is the Magnificat antiphon for the Feast of Pentecost -- this would have been sung during Vespers.

Chant makes meditation on the simplest and most profound truths of the Faith so easy -- at least it does for me.
This particular chant has a grandiose, solemn, and beautiful melody, and the most profound of lyrics. The lyrics are simple yet profound, and chant has a way of drilling each word of them deep into your soul. Note at the end, the phrase SALVUS ERIT ("shall be saved") is drawn out and emphasized. Meditate on what a wonderful gift the Faith is, which allows us to be saved -- to spend a blissful eternity with God -- as long as we respond to His graces and are faithful. Faith is a gift from God, from the Holy Ghost. If we have the Faith, we should protect it, nurture it, cherish it. If we are unfaithful or place our Faith in unnecessary risk, we could lose it.
Hodie completi sunt dies Pentecostes Alleluia
Hodie Spiritus Sanctus in igne discipulis apparuit et tribuit eis charismatum dona.
Misit eos in universum mundum praedicari et testificari
Qui crediderit et baptizatus fuerit salvus erit Alleluia
Today are fulfilled the days of Pentecost, Alleluia
Today the Holy Ghost appeared to the disciples in fire, and gave to them the Charismatic Gifts.
He sent them into the whole world to preach and to witness:
Whosoever shall believe and be baptized shall be saved. Alleluia.
