Is the the BEST Sacred Heart of Jesus book out there? Is there a hardbound edition? Any comments?

Don't know. I have the book but haven't gotten a chance to read it yet.

I happened to get a copy of the book and as of so far not impressed. For I managed to get to page #19 and all I read is the constant self punishment of St. Margaret and that THIS is a sign of God's grace...insane! As of so far the reading mentioned nothing 'hard hitting, to make the reader deem she was a Saint. Her so called spirital life just revolved around misery and guilt and it was reinforced by her supperiors. No visiable signs that God graced her...least so far in my reading. From what I gather, so far, is that she was crazy, and used religion as an exceuss for her sorrows. Tell me I am wrong and that the book picks up and actualy descrides events that are truely miracles and not just here say from her superiors that supported her self inflicted bodily and mental wounds!

Sorry I thought is was blasphemous to speak about Saints in this way.perhaps I was mistaken.
