Right, but what's at issue is what Our Lady of Pompei told Forutna Agrelli, since many people rely upon her promise regarding the 54-day Rosary Novena, and the source closest to the original promises is Bartolo Longo, who basically quotes Our Lady as specifically requesting the "entire" Rosary of "15 decades", phrases he uses more than once.

You can do what you want, of course, since 5 decades is better than nothing ... I'm merely pointing out what Our Lady herself requested.

I suspect that it goes before him too, but your comment about fewer people praying it it they knew it should be 15, perhaps that's the motivation, but we can't distort and lie about what Our Lady said.  She said what she said.  If she requested 15, she requested 15.  "Hey, let's say it was 3 First Saturdays so that more people might do it."

So this link to a French site looks like it requires the 15 decade Rosary everyday.
My french is almost non existent, but checking the site you posted I see the chart states five decades per day.  Where do you see the 15 decades?

Does anyone have a source (who added them) for the daily prayers before, for each decade, Spiritual Communion and after?  Doesn't appear that Our Lady dictated them.

How to pray the novena
The Pompeian Novena lasts 54 days. Every day we pray 15 decades of the Rosary (the Joyful, Sorrowful, and Glorious Mysteries).
The prayer is divided into two parts:

The first part: 27 days of petition
The second part: 27 days of thanksgiving
THE FIRST PART: 27 days of petition
Each day we pray as follows:

We make the sign of the cross: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Before beginning the mysteries of the Rosary, we state our intention and add: This Rosary I pray and meditate up.."
