As I mentioned in its own thread a few weeks back, this book is available brand-new and shrink-wrapped from the Benedictines of Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery. I believe I purchased it for $9 just recently.

I would like to add that I went to Mass at a Society Chapel this morning, and perused the bookstore following Mass. I Accuse the Council was right there on the shelf!
