"I receive Thee, redeeming Prince of my soul. Out of love for Thee have I studied, watched through many nights, and exerted myself: Thee did I preach and teach. I have never said aught against Thee. Nor do I persist stubbornly in my views. If I have ever expressed myself erroneously on this Sacrament, I submit to the judgement of the Holy Roman Church, in obedience of which I now part from this world." Saint Thomas Aquinas the greatest Doctor of the Church

  • I was an altar boy at the time of changes. An another casualty of the
1962 Missal was the abolition of the Benediction of the Blessed
Sacrament at the end of High Mass.  It was a beautiful experience to
remember. Most of the congregation stayed and did not leave.

  • If it's at all possible to smile or chuckle in the pits of hell, I expect Bugnini does everytime a traditional chapel has a 1962 Mass, and even more for 1962 Good Fridays.
