This is awesome:
Hoogland, Mark-Robin. Thomas Aquinas: The Academic Sermons. The Fathers of the Church, Mediaeval Continuation, vol. 11. Washington, D.C.: The Catholic University of America Press, 2010.

It contains all St. Thomas's academic sermons, even the ones not even published in Latin yet!

Here are the sermons previously published in
• Latin
• bilingual English/Latin

Unlike his sermons on the Our Father, Ten Commandments, and the Creed, these ones were delivered in vernacular Latin (Italian) and translated to Latin, but the academic sermons were delivered in Latin.
