Yes, but I like to have that drp directly on the skin, rather than clothing.

I wish you a happy feastday, Anthony.
Thank you. I will buy a large bottle of water and get it blessed. Then maybe a nice sprinkler type bottle later on.

Oh, no. You can’t buy holy water. Ask your priest for some. You may offer him a donation though, if you wish.

It recalls to us our Baptism and it wards off the devil. The devil hates holy water. It is used in exorcisms for that purpose. It is a sign of our devotion to Jesus Christ. Devout Catholics sometimes put a font at their front door (well my Mum did)

https://www.goodcatholic.com/ways-to-use-holy-water/#:~:text=Holy%20Water%20Is%20Powerful,and%20authority%20of%20the%20Church.
I have a few holy water fonts in my house. One in particular I put in a spot that I walk by several times a day that I use and say an eternal rest while making the sign of the cross, IIRC I think doing that is a 300 days indulgence for the holy souls each time (100 days without holy water). I keep a small bottle by the stove to add a few drops into whatever I put on the stove to cook. Even though my house and grounds have been consecrated I will sometimes sprinkle the house with holy water before a storm or after the purple haired repairman leaves.

But because the devils hate them, sacramentals benefit everyone, including catechumens.

Is there a proper way to dispose of Holy water? If for some reason you ever have to?
