Do Sacramentals + Holy Water help Catechumens to ward off sin? And is it ok for a Catechumen to use Holy Water to remove venial sins?
Good intro here...

It recalls to us our Baptism and it wards off the devil. The devil hates holy water. It is used in exorcisms for that purpose. It is a sign of our devotion to Jesus Christ. Devout Catholics sometimes put a font at their front door (well my Mum did)

Thanks for the response. Should we drink holy water?

Not being an expert on these things, I think it would be fine for a devout reason. I would say it depends on how much you have access to. E.g.,  I have no valid priests in my vicinity so I use it sparingly for special circuмstances, e.g., if I was to get seriously ill.

I would assume you would get the full effect just from a drop in your clothes. But yeah I don't want to abuse the Holy water by drinking it (unless someone is extremely sick but still a regular sprinkle should suffice).

Yes, but I like to have that drp directly on the skin, rather than clothing.

I wish you a happy feastday, Anthony.
