I was just going to buy water and get it blessed into Holy water.
I believe the priest says special prayers for holy water and it's not quick.  Thus, he blesses water in large batches.  It might be an inconvenience to ask him to bless your bottle separately, but you can always ask first.  (I could be wrong).  Most chapels have dispensers of the water so you can fill it up yourself.

Is there a proper way to dispose of Holy water? If for some reason you ever have to?
The proper way to dispose of any holy/blessed item is 1) to burn it, 2) bury it or pour it into the ground.

Thank you. I will buy a large bottle of water and get it blessed. Then maybe a nice sprinkler type bottle later on.
Why not just get a bottle and go to the church and fill it with the Holy Water. That's what people normally do.

Excellent idea. I suggest you make arrangements with the priest ahead of time. Take a half an ounce of salt with you as he will exorcise and bless it before he adds it to the water.

Every year we buy three, one gallon bottles of spring water and the priest is very happy to bless the salt and water.  We use spring water as it's gone through God's filtration system not distilled nor RO that removes minerals, nor the local water purification system that adds chlorine, flouride etc.

With five fonts in our house and a bottle in the car for emergencies and the cemetery, three gallons last about a year with the dehydration from heating and air conditioning.

I suggest you put natural sea sponges in your fonts to slow down dehydration.

Father once commented that he wished more people got large quantities blessed as he's forever having to fill up the tank at church.

How often should I bless the house/vehicles? I just did it today. Was thinking maybe once a month?
I also heard that Epiphany water is better than regular Holy water. I am assuming that can only be obtained once per year, I will need to ask my priest for some.

Get a priest to bless your vehicles  ONCE.  He has a specific blessing for automobiles, boats and vehicles in the Rituale.
If possible get a priest to bless your house.
