    • I saw the movie awhile back. I thought it was excellent. Fr Damian's love for the Hawiian lepers was enormous. I recommend it as well.

    • I just visited the Kaluapapa Peninsula the week before last;  Saints Father Damien and Mother Maryanne.

    This picture is taken from the settlement grounds established by Father Damien; In the middle of the picture below is the cove and canyon where men, women, and children with leprosy were forced to relocate to.
