    • I was disappointed to find out my copy is missing these pages. If the 1st printing of volumes 1, 3, & 4 also have desirable content missing in the more recent editions, post them here. Rather than scanning, I used a camera and straightened, converted to black and white, and adjusted the white and black on the histogram to remove gray scale gradients and increase contrast.
