If anyone says that true and natural water is not necessary for baptism and thus twists into some metaphor the words of our Lord Jesus Christ" Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Spirit" (Jn 3:5) let him be anathema.

  • Great book.  Very eye-opening, and completely destroys the modernist liturgical "antiquarians".

  • One of my go to books.  In this book I learned why priests MUST be celebate.
In the Jєωιѕн temple the priests took turns offering sacrifice.  When it was their turn, they being married,
had to remain celebate for a fortnight (I forget exactly how long) before their turn started as they were to be clean when offering sacrifice.
THEREFORE....... a catholic priest offers Sacrifice EVERY DAY so must remain celebate.....period!

Eastern Catholic priests have always been allowed to marry. With marriage comes conjugal rights to effect procreation. These same priests may have children.

Even among the Eastern Catholics, the tradition was that priests should be celibate at least a few days before offering Divine Liturgy.
