I have uploaded this 26-pg letter as it is a good introduction to the Baptism Desire/Blood issue.  The letter is not dated, but I surmise that it was written about 1987, as it mentions the recent death of the famous communist-turned-Catholic convert, Hamish Fraser. Hamish died in October of 1986. A friend passed this letter to me as I did not become a traditional Catholic until 1990.  There is reference to "Fr. Williamson," so I am guessing that the letter was obviously pre-1988.  I know at one time then Fr. Williamson debated the St. Benedict Center on the BOD issue.  I think I might have the debate on cassette tapes. 

Brother Michael says in the letter that he intended to write a book on the issue of BOD.  I am not sure if Bro. Michael is still living as the letter is obviously quite old.

If you can find them, I will pay for the digitalization/your time. Very interested in listening. While +Williamson of course believed BOD, it was very heartening to discover that he performed confirmations for a "Feeneyite" chapel. Evidently he did not think them unfit to receive the sacrament for believing that there is absolutely no salvation outside the Church!
