Marsha, I just checked it out: you just have to have a Scribd account (which is free) and you can read it online, download to PDF, and another option.
Thanks; looks good!
SCG: Ok, I feel so dumb I only see a free trial, and then it is 9 bucks a month??? Where is the button for a free subscription? Sorry for being so dense
Marsha
It tells me I have to pay to download (unless I upload something of mine), but I can read it on the screen for free.
Oh I'm
so sorry and embarrassed! I looked into it because for me, it is free (I've used it often... that's about to change, though); I've never paid a dime, so I did some digging and found long-standing accounts were "grandfathered in" and never even KNEW
Scribd had started CHARGING for FREE ITEMS. :dwarf:
I am starting to so strongly distrust these corporations on the NSANet (internet), but who'd have thunk Scribd would start charging for
free things. Scribd needs to be taken down. A notch. But anyway, I grabbed a copy of the PDF and popped it on my Dropbox for anyone to download (and it really IS free; my personal dropbox!):
Counsels of Perfection for Catholic Mothers PDF. It's really pretty good, and as long as Dropbox doesn't start charging, this link will be free.
(I should take time and put it into epub format directly, but it's bedtime. If enough people would like epub, LMK and I'll do that, too.)
