  • I have a PDF file that docuмents the consecration of Bishop Clarence Kelly who is the founder and leader of the SSPV. The title of the file is called "The Roman Catholic" and it was published bi-monthly by The Roman Catholic Association in 1995. Whether it was a book or magazine, I don't know. Information on The Roman Catholic Association who made what I assume would be a book (based on how it looks) is scarce. This PDF is available on the Congregation of St. Pius V's website yet it is provided in an internal PDF format. Here is a link if anyone would like to read it in an external PDF format.

  • There were some who queried it saying the old bishop's secretary, who was traditionalist, got him to do it. Perhaps the implication was that the bishop was too aged to know what he was doing. Reading it just made one sad, nostalgic for a time when a bishop was a shepherd, not a wolf, as now in Conciliarism.

I completely agree. A good observation you made there.
